HOW is my baby in the double digits!!!! She is going to be ONE in two short months and I can’t even handle it!! I need to start planning her birthday party! Charlotte is in the most fun stage right now, and I probably say that every month but every day keeps getting more fun.
Taking her to the beach for the first time was so special! We had the best trip with my parents and it was so nice to get to spend so much time with them! We also took her to the lake for the first time over Memorial Day weekend. I was a little nervous about how she would do on the boat and was surprised that she loved it!
Changes
If I thought Charlotte was into everything before, it just keeps getting crazier. If I look away for one second she has somehow managed to shove a handful of dog food in her mouth! She is saying “Dada” ALL the time and only “Mama” when she is sad or wants me! She is starting to stand on her own and is pointing at everything! She has started making the craziest faces. When she doesn’t like something she puckers her lips and makes a duck face, it is pretty hilarious! She is very curious about everything and fights diaper changes like I am torturing her.
Favorite Products
Charlotte is so into animal noises right now! Anything with an animal noise is hilarious to her. She loves this old fashioned animal noise toy, this book that makes animal noises, and her favorite lift the flap book.
Schedule
Charlotte’s schedule has stayed the same from last month. The hardest part of the day is always the end of the day (after she wakes up from her last nap around 3ish) so I try to plan some sort of activity during that part of the day like errands, swimming, or going to see a friend!
