Memorial Day is such a special holiday honoring the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country. A great reminder of how much we have to be thankful for and this amazing country that we live in!
We have spent the last few Memorial Days at the lake and love getting to relax over the long weekend with our family. We have been living out of suitcases the entire month of May, and are looking forward to slowing down a bit as summer approaches!

Speaking of J Crew, they have a TON of stuff I am loving right now. This stripe tee is perfect for this weekend to throw on with my favorite denim shorts. The shorts are my new go-to. They are high waisted (perfect for shorter tops) and the length is just right!
A friend of mine recently showed me these Dock & Bay towels and I am SO sad I didn’t know about them before we went to the beach. They are amazing quality and come in several fun color combos.
Quay sunglasses have become my go-to brand this past year. After losing my favorite Celine sunglasses (I’m still devastated), I am gravitating towards more affordable pairs! Plus you can get them all on Amazon with free two day shipping & free returns!
My mom (aka my beauty guru) introduced me to the Elta MD sunscreen line. It comes highly recommended by my dermatologist and has never made me break out. I wore this tinted face sunscreen the whole week at the beach and love the glow it gives you without looking greasy!
Straw inspired sandals are everywhere and I love this pair from Schutz. I just ordered them and have a feeling they will be my most worn sandals of the summer. Also in love with this pair!

9 Seed is one of my favorite brands for cover ups. I wore this blue one so much on our trip and love that it can be worn as a dress or cover up. It’s not sheer at all PLUS it’s one size fits all!
Lisi Lerch has become one of my favorite earring lines. They have so many cute styles in every color you can imagine, I highly recommend them! They have a sale going this weekend too!
A sun hat is a summer necessity. As I have gotten older, protecting my skin has become a major priority while out in the sun. Just ordered this straw hat, the price is so good!
